FL/ITC Single Classify Wheel Air Classifier

Under the suction force of the fan, the materials move to the classification area at a high speed from the material inlet at the lower end of the classifier with the updraft. Under the strong centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating classification turbine, the materials are separated, and the fine particles meeting the particle size requirements enter the cyclone separator or dust collector through the blade clearance of the classification wheel. The velocity of some fine particles entrained by coarse particles disappears after hitting the wall, and drops to the secondary air outlet along the cylinder wall. After the strong scouring effect of the secondary air, the coarse and fine particles are separated, the fine particles rise to the secondary classification in the classification area, and the coarse particles drop to the discharge port.

Product Description

Performance characteristics

1) Grading particle size range D50: 1.5 ~ 25 μ m;

2) It is applicable to the fine classification of dry micron products. It can classify spherical, flake and needle particles, as well as particles with different densities;

3) Classification efficiency (extraction rate) 60% ~ 90%;

4) Multiple horizontally mounted graded rotors can achieve higher output than single rotor;

5) Each graded rotor is equipped with a speed sensor, which can be variable frequency speed regulation and flexibly adjust the particle size distribution;

6) Horizontal staged turbine device is adopted, with high speed and accurate vertex cutting;

7) The system operates under negative pressure and meets the requirements of environmental protection. The noise of the equipment is no higher than 76dB (a) through silencing device;

8) The graded rotor can be made of alumina, zirconia, silicon carbide and other ceramic materials without metal pollution and meet the requirements of high-purity materials;

9) The whole system is sealed and crushed, with less dust and low noise, and the production process is clean and environment-friendly;

10) The control system adopts program control, which is easy to operate;

11) It can be used in series with ball mill, vertical mill, Raymond mill and other crushing equipment to form a closed cycle;

12) The motor can be connected by belt, which is stable and reliable, realizes high speed, improves speed, and breaks through the problem that there is no high-speed motor for well-known motor brands;

13) Explosion proof design can be selected or upgraded to nitrogen circulation system to meet the processing requirements of flammable, explosive and easily oxidized materials.

Working principle

The classifier and cyclone separator, dust collector and induced draft fan form a classifying system. Under the action of fan suction, the material is moved from the lower inlet of the classifier to the classifying zone with the ascending airflow. Under the strong centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating turbine, the materials are separated and the fine particles which meet size requirements through the classifier impeller gap into the cyclone separator or the dust collector, the coarse particles entrained part of the fine particles collided with the wall and the velocity disappeared, descending along the cylinder wall to the secondary air outlet, and the coarse and fine particles were separated by the strong washing action of the secondary air. The fine particles rise to the classification zone for secondary classifying, and the coarse particles are lowered to the discharge port for discharging.
